Recruitment Consultant – Interior Design

We are offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take over a hot desk with existing clients and candidates from day one. Enjoy uncapped earnings with 50% commission on all permanent placements, alongside flexible and hybrid working (4 days home/1 day London).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Exceptional Earning Potential: Base salary of £28,000 – £30,000 p.a. plus uncapped 50% commission on all permanent placements amplified by taking over an established ‘hot’ desk.
• Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: Hybrid working (4 days WFH / 1 day in our London Liverpool Street office) and flexible working start/end times.
• Additional Perks: Office closure over the Christmas break.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow your existing network through proactive business development, client visits, and industry networking.
• Source, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled interior designers to successfully meet client requirements.
• Manage and expand your client portfolio, focusing on building strong, trust-based, long-term relationships.

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum of 2 years working as a recruitment consultant.
• A self-starter who can hit the ground running and operate autonomously.
• Knowledge or experience within the Architecture/Interior Design/Construction sectors is a significant advantage
• A highly motivated individual driven to build a rewarding, long-term career.
• A consultant comfortable with a flexible working environment and the freedom to manage your own time and workload.
