Freelance Interior Designer – Retail Banking Projects (ongoing)

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a freelance Interior Designer to join a well-established architectural and design practice on a long-term contract basis. This role is focused on the technical delivery of prestigious banking projects, specifically supporting a large-scale rollout for a well known bank.

The successful interior designer will be responsible for producing high-quality drawing packs within a collaborative team environment.

This multidisciplinary practice is known for providing a tailored service and creating environments where people thrive. Their diverse portfolio spans multiple sectors including finance, workplace, public sector, and luxury hospitality.

Key Requirements

• Software Proficiency: Fluency in AutoCAD is essential for the production of detailed technical packages.
• Sector Experience: Proven experience in retail or commercial interior projects is required.
• Technical Skills: Ability to produce comprehensive drawing sets including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery.
• Location: Candidates must be based in London or within a commutable distance.

This ongoing contract starts within the next few weeks, you will be required to be in their London office at least 1 day a week if you want to work from home. Please note this role is within IR35 and paid via an umbrella company.
