This role offers the opportunity for an Interior Design Director to influence the direction of the interiors discipline within a well-established, design-led practice, while also contributing to the wider business at a senior level.

Design leadership sits at the heart of this Director role. You will bring a clear vision, using each project as an opportunity to innovate, solve complex problems and deliver exceptional outcomes. You will champion quality, sustainability and technical excellence, helping to establish this company as a go-to practice for sustainable interiors and architecture.
The directors are encouraged to participate in industry forums, panels, publications and awards, raising both your own profile and that of the company.
Ideally this interior designer will have a background predominately working on workplace interior design projects. Although they are open to a director who has mixed project experience, workplace project experience is essential.
This leadership role will be visible, approachable and inspirational, with a strong presence both within the studio and externally. Ensuring individuals are motivated rather than overwhelmed.
You will be required to work in their stunning offices 4 to 5 days of the week.
