We have a rare, exciting opportunity to join an award winning, in-house team, working on immersive, experiential hospitality projects as a CAD Technician.
Opening their first venue in 2015, this brand has burst through the UK, US and Australian market creating unique, guest focused experiences and are not slowing down with many more projects on the horizon!
You would be responsible for supporting the Interiors Team with drawings and detailing for the new venues, ensuring the technical design, coordination and construction deliverables of high standard and completed within deadlines and budgets. Provide assistance with technical development and approvals on projects in relation to planning submissions, licensing, building regulations and life safety compliance on all new UK and international sites. Assist with project related technical matters for architectural and structural design, M&E coordination and liaising with external consultants & contractors and support with quality control over design outputs.
Candidates are required to have extensive industry experience, including hospitality design. Fluency in Vectorworks, and a technical design background.
