We have a brilliant opportunity for a Studio Manager, who thrives on variety, to work with an independent, award winning, creative design studio. Working with some of the world’s most iconic food led brands, they have an incredible team of interior and graphic designers.
As Studio Manager, you will oversee the day to day operations and running of the studio.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing all elements of the studio space, including the facilities, supplies and hardware.
- Regularly reviewing and ensuring the studio operation and administration procedures are efficient and effective.
- Working with the management team to ensure resourcing and projects are on track, on budget and produced to deadlines and liaising with management and finance teams to ensure that our billing schedule is aligned.
- Processing payments, invoices, receipts and entering data into accounting software and database such as XERO and Workflow.
- Managing the studio recruitment process, employment contracts, staff appraisals and freelance team management
- Checking the health and wellbeing of the team being the first point of contact for any concerns they might have.
- Working alongside the heads of creative, ensuring the team is engaged, motivated and inspired.
- Organising studio events such as socials and parties
