Senior Interior Designer (Retail & Experiential Focus)

This opportunity is for an exceptional Senior Interior Designer who wants to join a dynamic team and lead the design of innovative retail environments, brand activations, and immersive customer experiences.

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be a key driver of the design process, from initial concept generation through to detailed construction documentation. You will:

• Lead Concept Development: Generate and articulate powerful, narrative-driven design concepts that respond directly to client briefs and strategic goals, focusing heavily on the customer journey and brand storytelling within the space.
• Design & Delivery: Oversee the technical delivery of projects, ensuring designs are executable, meet quality standards, and are aligned with budget and timeline constraints.
• Client Collaboration: Act as a primary design contact for clients, presenting work with confidence, managing feedback, and fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
• Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the design team.
• Materiality & FF&E: Curate and specify sophisticated material palettes and FF&E selections that enhance the experiential quality of the design
