Design Director – Interior Design Background (Retail) up to £75k

They are seeking a Design Director with a background in interior design to lead their talented team and shape the future of brand environments.

As Design Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving creativity, mentoring the design team, and delivering compelling client presentations. This is a leadership position that demands a combination of vision, commercial acumen, and the ability to inspire.

• Participate in and contribute to all creative briefs and brainstorming sessions.
• Provide strategic and creative direction on all projects, with support from Directors.
• Foster a culture of creative inspiration and innovation, ensuring that every project aligns with the agency’s human-centric ethos.
• Proactively suggest ideas to enhance creative output, offerings, and methodologies.
• Drive the agency’s business development initiatives and contribute to refining their propositions and services.
• Take a lead role in creative pitches and help articulate the agency’s unique vision.
• Serve as the primary creative point of contact, guiding and supporting the design team.

Proficiency of Cinema 4D and a knowledge Vectorworks/ Autocad is highly desirable
