Associate Design Director

This job is for an Associate Design Director to join and manage the 3D team on a permanent basis.

Working on experiential and event projects this companies portfolio of work is exceptional. Combining 2D, 3D and digital design to all of their work.

You will direct the overall design direction of the studio’s 3D work, ensuring it is of the highest calibre and guide projects to completion – exceeding clients’ expectations. 

Requirements for the Associate Design Director:

• Have expert knowledge of the 3D Built Environment, Interior, Exhibition, Experiential and Installation design industry.
• Work closely with the Strategy Director across all projects to develop an elevated understanding of business, brand and audience objectives to provide long-term project vision
• Review and stay atop of clients’ changing needs and provide ongoing support to ensure the development of solid, consistent delivery, nurturing long-term client relationships
• Nurture creative talent from within, coaching on the job, running evaluations and biannual appraisals
• Contribute to the acquiring of new clients and building new relationships.
• Plan and manage studio resources efficiently to ensure profitability of the projects and wellbeing of the studio team.
• Delegate and provide articulate and constructive direction to other creatives
