Cad Technician – Full Remote Working – 12 Month Contract (2219)

A very unique opportunity has arisen with a small but very impactful design studio who have won a number of prestigious projects and they need to hire a Cad Technician to join their team on a 12 month contract.

With the flexibility to work fully remotely on amazing projects – these jobs do not come around often!

Projects recently won are two bespoke members clubs for a luxury 5* hotel brand. Due to the success of the previous bars and clubs this design studio has previously designed, they have secured new projects which are both within listed heritage buildings. With this in mind it’s absolutely essential, as a Cad Technician, you have worked on exclusive hospitality projects previously and be familiar with hotel design programs and standards. The director is looking for a Cad Technician who can:

• Plan, produce and coordinate Tender & Construction CAD documentation for 5-star hospitality projects.
• Take a SketchUp file and document/coordinate/troubleshoot the design through to the smallest detail.
• Has excellent job running ability and project administration
• Excellent knowledge of UK/international building standards and RIBA work stages
• Can standardize and improve our current drawing systems/methods
• Positive attitude and is self-motivated
