Design Technician – Revit Expert – Long term contract

Working on a major project for a leading financial institution this project will be an incredible addition to your portfolio.

The role of the Design Technician will be to work closely with the design team, to deliver visuals and drawing packs using Revit.

It is an ongoing project and the contract is set to be long term with the possibility of it leading to a permanent position.

As a Design Technician will be joining a highly personable and talented team who have been with the company over many years. The company has a great reputation for looking after their employees and contractors.

It’s essential you are:

• Proficient in Revit
• Have experience working within a BIM environment
• Knowledge of the Retail, Workplace and Commercial architectural design fields.
• Experience working within a high paced framework is desirable.
• Awareness and good working knowledge of Health & Safety aspects to the construction industry.
• In depth understanding of UK building and fire regulations.
• Experience in the detailed design of a variety of projects.
• Experience compiling, submitting, and tracking planning applications.
• Understanding of joinery detailing.

This role would be to start as soon as possible.
